Charles A. Gueli
Charles A. Gueli is a Director at Broadacre Financial responsible for the Mid-Atlantic Region. He has over thirty years of experience in real estate financing, development and construction.
Prior to joining Broadacre, Charles had served as a Private Banker for Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. He also directed Merrill Lynch's Mortgage Loan Program for the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia district. At Merrill, he built an award-winning team that was number one in the country and responsible for growth in loan product from $100 million to $1.8 billion.
Before joining Merrill Lynch, Charles was Director of Business Development for the Washington office of Tishman Construction Corporation. Prior to his position at Tishman, he founded and was CEO of Calaron Management Group, a real estate management company providing consulting services to financial institutions, the RTC, and property owners on real estate development, construction, loan and portfolio administration.
Charles has also served as Executive Vice President of Kode Development Associates of Philadelphia where he was responsible for overseeing Kode's office and retail portfolio and as Executive Vice President of Duro Development/Construction Corporation of Washington, D.C., a commercial development and general contracting company that originated, developed and built commercial properties in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, New York and Pennsylvania.
Charles holds degrees in Engineering and Architecture from the City College of the City University of New York and a Masters degree in Regional Planning from Pratt Institute in New York. He also holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
